We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Career and Business Engagement Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the school's careers education initiatives, fostering meaningful relationships, and preparing our students for successful transitions into further education and the professional world.

As part of this role you will be required to develop and implement a statutory and enriched Careers Education, Information, and Guidance (CEIAG) program, ensuring compliance with Gatsby Benchmarks and the Baker Clause within the Personal Development Curriculum. You will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to support the delivery of careers education for all year groups, promoting cross-curricular learning and student leadership opportunities
