RESIDENT LIAISON OFFICER WANTED****

Have you got good communication skills?
Well, if yes...
You will be working on a social housing scheme based in Cardiff
As a resident liaison officer you will be:
* Developing positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during upgrade works.
* Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions.
* Visit tenants in their homes to advise on the timing and nature of work being carried out.
* Establish good working relationships with site teams and clients.
* Act as the main point of contact, addressing problems and queries from tenants.
* Contact neighbourhood housing associations and build working relationships with them.
You do not need any previous experience doing this job, you just need to have a customer service background, positive attitude and basic computer skills.
You will be paid up to £15 per hour.
