We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Company who are looking for a Calibration Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis!

The shifts for this vacancy are rotating on a two week basis:
6:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Thursday and 6:00am –12:30pm Friday
14:00pm –12:00am Monday – Wednesday and 14:00 – 10:30pm Thursday (4 day week)

The role will involve:
• Using calibration equipment to carry out inspection on equipment.
• Inspection of all equipment ensuring it complies with ISO 9001:2015
• Working alongside other departments to ensure externally calibrated products are dealt with efficiently and quickly
• Suggesting replacements for inspection equipment that may not be up to the current standard.
• Managing all of the calibration equipment in use to be within calibration
• Maintaining accurate records of calibrated items

If you have the below experience and capabilities, this role may be perfect for you.
• Experience using calibration equipment
• Strong understanding of measurement standards
• A good knowledge of ISO9001 standards
• Previous experience working within the manufacturing or engineering industries
• Experience in calibration labs or testing areas.
• Previous experience with calibration development tools and software.
