Sharp Consultancy is a leading recruitment firm specialising in finance and accountancy roles.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a friendly Finance team keep on top of a busy ledger and assist with administrative duties. The role is based in Sheffield for a growing manufacturing business and boasts a great modern office which are continuously being upgraded with onsite parking.

The team are well established with years of great experience within the company and will provide welcoming atmosphere and will look to provide training into how they work so that you will be able to hit the ground running with the previous experience you will already be bringing to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Process up to 100 invoices per week into Sage.

*

Assisting with monthly payment run.

*

Credit checking new accounts.

*

Raise sales invoices in sage.

*

Account reconciliations.

*

Support the wider team with ad hoc admin duties.

Requirements:

*

2 years working in a similar role is desirable.

*

Great attention to detail.

*

Proficiency in using accounting systems, Sage50 is a great benefit but not essential.
