They operate in very much niche sectors, and have a very recognisable brand within this, making your job a lot easier in both winning new clients and attracting new talent to fill your roles –

Initially, under the guidance of your team, you will become an expert resourcer – advertising roles on the multitude of platforms available to you, (various job boards, LinkedIn, social media etc). You will be tasked with pre-screening candidates, then interviewing and ensuring they are “prepped” for their interview.

As your training develops, you will become more client focussed, taking job briefs, offering recruiter advice and taking the initiative in account management and business development.

This company have overseen year on year growth, and 2024 will be no exception, and are looking to bring in a Trainee / graduate recruiter over the next couple of months.

You will ideally be a graduate / good standard of education, and have some background within a sales or commercial environment. A natural people person, confident on the phone and professional, as you will be dealing with both candidates and clients up to Senior Director Level.
