SLH Consult are partnering our client a private house builder who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to manage a number of sites within southern region/counties covering, Northampton, Cotswold's, Swindon etc with a number of new sites set to commence within these areas.

The ideal candidate will need to be currently working for a residential house builder as a contracts manager or a Project Manager managing multiple sites ready to move into a contracts managers position.

The company are quality focused with the need to maintain relationships with existing site teams and subcontractors alike, this will not be a volume orientated position, you will need to ensure all sites build programs are delivery ensuring all sites run within site financial parameters, there is also a drive to ensure quality and customer care is maintained to a high standard and the ability to achieve NHBC awards is welcomed and encourage by all
