The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll play an important role in helping businesses get the right insurance cover to protect what matters most to them. Working closely with experienced insurance professionals, you’ll build your expertise while supporting both new and existing clients. Whether you’re handling policy renewals, negotiating with insurers or providing risk management advice, your work will make a real difference.
You’ll be:

Helping businesses understand their insurance needs and ensuring they have the right cover in place
Reviewing policies for both new and existing clients to make sure they’re fully protected
Negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible terms for clients
Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed on time
Providing risk advice on how clients can manage and reduce their business risks
Collaborating with experienced account executives to ensure clients receive a seamless service
