The Opportunity
We now have an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. You’ll be based at our Concrete Products Head Office in Hulland Ward, Derbyshire - the largest concrete products factory in the UK.
Covering a rotating AM/PM shift as outlined below;
Week 1: Monday-Friday 06:15-15:00
Week 2: Monday-Thursday 14:45-00:30
Onsite at Hulland Ward we produce concrete products such as paving stones and curbs for use in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Where you’ll, with the support of the large engineering function onsite attend reactive and planned maintenance tasks to help keep our site operational.
As an engineering team we’re keen to complete projects internally, so you’ll have a real opportunity to develop your PLC & robotics skills as we continue our modernisation of the site.
With a focus on Health & Safety across our business this role is no different, you’ll carry out all repairs safely and continue to maintain a hazard free environment.
Who you are
You’ll have experience working within an industrial engineering environment, either through maintenance installation or an engineering background through the military.
You’ll be electrically certified, and keen to continually develop and broaden your engineering skills and qualifications.
