The ideal candidate will create a dynamic classroom environment, engaging students through innovative teaching methods and a strong sense of community.

* Lead weekly outdoor education sessions, fostering a love for nature and experiential learning.

* Create an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity.

* Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to support student development.

Qualifications:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Year 1.

* Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia approach and outdoor learning principles.

* A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
