Twenty4Seven Education is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school located in West Coventry, starting in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic and challenging Maths lessons that inspire students and promote a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
* Monitor and Assess Progress: Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
* Develop Learning Resources: Create and implement engaging resources that enhance student learning and enthusiasm for Maths.
* Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, participation, and academic excellence.
* Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to develop and refine the Maths curriculum, contributing to the overall academic success of the school.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A strong passion for teaching Maths and motivating students.
* Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
* Experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level is preferred, but not essential.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
