Project: New build School / Education project

Locations: Essex & Suffolk

Circa £60,000 - £75,000 DOE (negotiable) + generous package

Permanent (Client preference) / Temp to Perm / Long Term Freelance considered

* Our client is a well respected Tier 1 Main Contractor looking to recruit a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to report into a site based PM on one of a series of new build school projects in Essex & Suffolk. Values £50m +.

* Our client is looking for a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager with relevant project prior experience - i.e. working on new build, schools / education projects is essential (even if of smaller values).

* Our client is happy to consider Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on a permanent / temp to perm basis ideally. (Outstanding long term freelance candidates may be considered)

* Site Managers should ideally hold: CSCS Black or white card / SMSTS / First Aid as a minimum

* This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tier 1. The chosen Site Manager will receive a competitive day rate / salary + package in line with the market, circa £60k - £75k + package. DOE NEG.

* The chosen person will ideally be located in daily commute of Essex.

* Duties will include but not be limited to: Site Inductions, overseeing all workers & sub-contractors, ensuring H&S standards are maintained, overseeing and driving the build on, reporting into the PM etc.

* The projects start on site in the new year but to allow for the interview process & notice periods interested applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.
