Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Your role will include providing one-on-one support, assisting in classroom management, and fostering students' academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

* Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students.

* Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.

* Assist with lesson planning, preparing materials, and organizing resources.

* Support students with additional learning needs or disabilities.

* Supervise students during break times, outings, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

* A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
