Role Profile

Our client is a family run business in the FMCG industry going through a major growth phase and looking for a General Manager to join and guide them on the journey.

Do you have a strong background in Food Production/Manufacturing and want to bring your slkills to a challenger brand on the rise?

Key responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's market position.
Oversee sales and marketing functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting responsibilities.
Ensure efficient and effective operations across the supply chain, production, and distribution.
Implement best practices to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Oversee the development and execution of operational plans to support business
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
Set clear performance goals and KPIs, and regularly assess progress against targets.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong Food Production/Manufacturing experience.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
Expertise in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue and market share.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in building strategic partnerships.
Ability to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L management.
