Credit Controller
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our client based in Bracknell.
The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:
Achieving overdue recovery targets through a pro-active, structured and methodical approach
Contacting business customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts
Ensuring the collection of past due accounts
Proactively managing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances
Ensuring barriers to payment are quickly identified and mediated.
Developing and maintaining a successful partnership with customers, sales and other office teams
Maintaining constant up-to-date CRM information
The Credit Controller will have:
Experience in a similar role
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Organised with strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills required
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
Knowledge of CRM management,
Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities
