Teacher of MFL

Are you an established of Modern Foreign Languages (French or Spanish) or an aspiring teacher?  

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French and Spanish to students across various age groups and proficiency levels. You will inspire students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding through engaging and innovative teaching methods.

Our client secondary school has advised this position is open to graduates and those of QTS status. Easily accessible from Northampton, Milton keynes and surrounding. The school offers 'ofsted good' for pupil behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in French and / or  Spanish.
Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language program.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Modern Foreign Languages, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification or qualification.
Proficiency in both French and Spanish.
Previous teaching experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
