Experience of working within construction and housebuilding, providing administrative support
Proficient in preparing design and supporting information for planning applications.
Ability to manage service applications and diversions in line with construction requirements.
Experience in liaising with surveyors and warranty providers.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, including client interaction.
