Cladder

£15-£18 per hour (D.O.E)
Monday- Friday 7am-5pm

Our Daventry based manufacturing client is looking for a skilled and motivated Cladder to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of various types of cladding systems (metal, composite panels, insulated panels, etc.) on industrial and commercial buildings.
Steel erecting, including the assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
Use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit cladding materials.
Inspecting and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good condition.
Working at heights using scaffolding, mobile platforms, or other access equipment.
Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Skilled in using hand and power tools related to cladding and steel erection.
IPAF/PASMA certification (desirable).
Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
