* Ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

* Monitoring progress and adapting strategies to meet changing needs.

* Providing mentorship and support to project team members.

* Conducting regular project evaluations and implementing improvements as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in the engineering and construction sector.

* Strong understanding of project management processes and best practices.

* Relevant qualifications in engineering or project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of health and safety standards in engineering environments.

* Will need to go through DV vetting.
