Technical Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Shifts: Monday to Friday

ISQ Recruitment is supporting one of the UK's leading food manufacturers known for natural food and drink products. A business that values talent and invests in developing its workforce for continued success. They are now seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join the team.

Role Summary
 
In this key role, you will lead Food Safety, Legislation, and Quality Assurance, ensuring top product standards. You will also drive success by optimizing manufacturing processes and exceeding customer expectations. Working closely with the Technical team, you'll contribute to innovation and excellence.

• Food Safety and Quality Management
• Management, Training & Development
• Customer Contact
• Continuous Improvement (CI) / Lean Manufacturing
• Project Work

Qualifications & Skills
 
• Degree Level - Food Science
• Over 5 years' experience in a Technical role within food manufacturing
• Chilled and frozen food manufacturing experience advantageou
