A bit about the role
* Position: Marketing Manager
* Salary: £40,000
* Location: Birmingham City Centre - HYBRID - 3/2 split
* Employment: Full-time, permanent
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CMO, offering a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You’ll lead the charge in brand development, manage marketing channels, optimise CRM automation, and collaborate across teams to elevate the company’s presence and drive revenue.
What You’ll Do:
* Build the Brand: Define the brand’s value proposition, messaging, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all channels.
* Lead Campaigns: Execute high-performing marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels, including PPC, social media, and LinkedIn ads.
* Optimise CRM: Partner with the CRM and data teams to create automated multi-channel nurture programs that drive quality inbound leads.
* Drive Traffic: Manage the company website, implement SEO strategies, and analyse anonymous traffic for targeted marketing.
* Support Sales: Develop impactful sales materials like case studies, sales scripts, and objection-handling guides.
* Manage External Agency Partnerships: Oversee relationships with digital agencies
* Engage Customers: Create referral and loyalty programs to enhance retention and customer engagement.
* Stay Ahead: Conduct competitor analysis, monitor industry trends, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
* Experience in managing agencies and expertise in SEO, PPC, and CRM automation tools.
* Proficiency in WordPress and other content management systems.
* Exceptional communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
* A creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns and problem-solve effectively.
* Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, heat mapping, and social reporting).
