Service Care Solutions is working with a leading law firm, based in Birmingham, which is seeking a motivated and skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their dynamic Property team. This role can pay a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum. The salary offered will depend on whether you are qualified and your experience.

Key Responsibilities Of The Conveyancing Fee Earner:

Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
Handling matters including freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring a high level of serviceKey Requirements:

Previous experience in residential conveyancing (at least 2 years' experience)
Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
