Machine Operator - Staffordshire - Up to £31,427.22 pa including Shift allowance + Benefits - REF 1885

I am currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to work for a leading engineering organisation. Salary up to £31,427.22 pa including Shift allowance.

Shift work :

12 hours 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
4 days in week 1 followed by 3 off
3 nights in week 2 followed by 4 off

This role will be a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work for an industry leader with a clear career path for personal development.

Requirements:

Minimum of 18 months experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Good communication skills with the ability to relay information.
Computer literate
Educated to GCSE level

The ideal candidate will be someone with a hands on proactive approach, with a positive attitude, ability to listen as well as the confidence to communicate with cross functional departments.
