We seek a fantastic FOH receptionist to provide an ongoing temp reception cover. You will be working for a leading investment firm near Green Park. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a busy FOH role, have fantastic client service skills, be an ambassador for the firm, and be a true team player with no job too big or small!
This is a great client to temp in and have a wonderful experience with. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and always looks smart.
You will be the first point of contact for all guests and clients coming into the office, so you must be confident and friendly and have a warm and welcoming nature.
Duties will include - meeting and greeting all guests, answering and transferring calls professionally, setting up meeting rooms, keeping the FOH area and meeting rooms clean and tidy, making refreshments, ordering office supplies, administration, using Excel, taking messages and being the "go to person" for any FOH duties that need to be completed.
You will also be involved with facilities duties to ensure the office runs smoothly - so a can-do attitude is necessary!
You will be highly organised and have good admin and IT skills
