Facilities Technician, Lanarkshire Area, Salary from £25,000 to £28,000 per annum + Excellent Pension + Development & Training Opportunities!

A Facilities Technician is needed to work for an established Facilities Management company, working on multiple commercial sites around the Lanarkshire area. The Facilities Technician will be responsible handing all building and site maintenance.

Facilities Technician will receive:

* Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Facilities Technician daily duties include:

* Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and general building maintenance.

* Handling minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and blockages.

* Carrying out fabric maintenance, such as painting and joinery work.

* Conducting water hygiene tasks, including monitoring water temperatures, servicing TMVs, and flushing outlets weekly.

* Providing excellent customer service on-site, interacting with clients and the public.
