Prospero are looking for a experienced AV & live events sales candidate, it is essential someone with a bit of AV event production background and sales acumen who can call over their lapsed database and bring clients back on / increase revenue for them / cold call new clients.
The Role
Be responsible for driving new business opportunities with new clients and developing and retaining existing clients
achieve revenue, cost and business targets
Key Accountability's:
Ensuring new, retain and growth opportunities are identified, prioritised and converted with the right levels of sales resource
Creating and deploying regional plan to realise opportunities, deliver targets and mitigate threats and work with third parties
Capturing and acting on client insight
Ensuring business development standards are achieved
Successfully deploying new propositions across the region
Providing accurate monthly revenue forecast and reporting
Deploying effective ways of working with others to deliver greater efficiencyKey Dimensions:
Delivery of KPI's including opportunity pipeline, conversion rate, effective call rates
