Job Title: Probate Administrator              
Location: Bishop’s Stortford
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)         
Term: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
 
RecruitAbility is looking for an experienced Probate Administrator to join their multi-awarding winning team, based near Bishop’s Stortford. If you have empathy, and experience working in probate then I would love to hear from you.
 
The Role of Probate Administrator :

Speaking with families via telephone, to assess their need for probate
Providing sympathetic support
Answer any questions and explain the process
Following up on referrals
Arranging for consultants to visit the family if they have a need for probate
Possibly providing marketing support for a small part of the day To be considered for the role of Probate Administrator :

You must have a calm and empathetic nature.
Articulate and clearly spoken.
Previous probate experience is essential.
You must be a team player.
Some marketing experience would be beneficial.
Confidence in speaking with people on the phone is essential.
This is an office based role. The Package for Probate Administrator :

Salary:  £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)         
Hours:  9am – 4pm Monday - Friday
Pension
25 days holidays (excluding bank holidays)
Day off on your birthday
