An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Slough has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for An Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Data Centre near Slough as part of a team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance . 

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical Maintenance of a commercial building or a Data Centre.

Hours of work

Shifts Days and nights

6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am

Pay

£24p/h paid via umbrella or CIS 

Duration:

Ongoing temporary role 

Potential to be temp to perm

Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
AHU's / FCU's
Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books 

Requirements

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical 
17th or 18th Edition 
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Client Facing
Data Centre experience advantageous
