Role: Residential Home Manager
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Location: Scarborough

We are seeking a Residential Home Manager to lead a well-established, 60-bed residential care home in Scarborough. With full occupancy and a strong leadership team in place, including a skilled Deputy Manager and three experienced Care Managers, this is an opportunity to focus on driving excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to provide person-centred care that exceeds expectations.
Ensure the home meets and maintains CQC regulatory requirements, striving for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
Identify areas for development and implement strategic plans to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and Care Managers to maintain operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. 
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 2 years experience managing a care home, ideally with a ‘Good’ CQC report to your name or evidence of successfully improving a previously underperforming service.
Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to quality and compliance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop your team.
A passion for delivering exceptional care and enhancing resident well-being.
