About the role:
Provide compassionate and individualized support to students facing complex challenges, helping them navigate and overcome obstacles in a positive and encouraging environment.
Use a flexible yet consistent approach to meet each student’s unique needs, with a focus on tailored communication and building trust.
Demonstrate resilience and a solution-focused mindset, ready to adapt and find effective strategies as students’ needs change throughout the day.
Play a key part in students’ emotional, social, and academic growth by fostering a supportive and inclusive school culture.

The ideal candidate must:
Possess the legal right to work in the UK
Have a current DBS registered on the update service or be willing to obtain one
Demonstrated experience working with students who have complex and challenging behaviours
Comfortable and adaptable in diverse environments
Able to provide effective support to teachers both in and around the classroom
Experience working with small groups of children, providing focused and personalized support
