Sales Administrator

£25,000-£27,000 DOE

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a customer focused Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team at their Bradford Head Office.

As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

Accurate and efficient order processing for sales orders and purchase orders
Raising quotations for customers
Ensuring all deliveries run on schedule, updating any customers with an delays
Acting as first point of contact for external customers via phone and email
Ensuring the CRM is up to date with customer order information
Manage any complaintsThe ideal candidate will:

Have existing experience within a Sales Administration/ Customer Service role
Be system savvy and a confidence with Microsoft Packages
Be a confident communicator who can build strong internal and external partnerships
Be naturally organised and a self-starter.In return our clients offers a generous salary of up to £27,000. Free on-site parking and an impressive 33 days holiday which increase with additional service.
