You will work closely with a team of agricultural specialists, veterinarians, and farm workers to implement best practices in animal husbandry and breeding techniques. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the stud farm

* Will be expected to handle the Foils & stallions

* Grounds Maintenance work

* Using the tractor

* Develop and implement breeding programs to enhance livestock quality

* Monitor the health and wellbeing of all animals on the farm

* Collaborate with veterinarians for regular health checks and treatments

* Maintain accurate records of breeding cycles, health assessments, and stock performance

* Train and supervise farm staff in proper animal handling and care practices

* Coordinate nutritional programs to ensure optimal animal health and growth

Requirements

* Experience in livestock management, specifically in breeding operations

* Strong understanding of animal husbandry practices and welfare standards

* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays as required

* Proficiency in using farm management software and record-keeping systemso
