Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor credit limits and accounts receivable for assigned accounts.
Initiate debt recovery processes when required.
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure timely payments.
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Perform credit checks on potential customers.
Update and maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to meet departmental goals.
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.Profile

The successful candidate requires:

A solid understanding of accounting principles.
Strong commercial Credit Control experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
