Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Role Overview:
Join our clients Clinical Negligence team based in South Liverpool, as a motivated and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor. You'll manage a challenging yet rewarding caseload of claimant clinical negligence work, representing healthcare clients and delivering optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload including Birth & Head Injuries, Paediatric & Orthopaedic Negligence, Surgical errors, Cancer Misdiagnosis, Cerebral Palsy Matters, Dental Negligence, etc.
Provide proactive client care with a sensitive understanding of client needs.
Take ownership of all aspects of clinical negligence work, offering technical expertise and guidance to team members when required.
Handle cases at various stages, including those issued at court, demonstrating proficiency in Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.
Conduct client meetings, prepare cases, and manage correspondence with accuracy.
Maintain meticulous time costing procedures.   
Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence.
Proven track record handling complex, high-value cases.
Strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and litigation procedures.
Excellent research, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality legal services.
