Trainee Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician – Walton-On-Thames - £25-35,000 DOE

Workforce Partners have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with an interest in becoming a paint sprayer to join a well established company in the Walton-On-Thames area. Our client specializes in providing fine decorative finishes to a range of luxury clients throughout the Automotive, Marine, Aviation and other bespoke industries.

The ideal candidate for this role will hold a strong interest in learning exceptional paint spray skills, with a strong drive for attention to detail, previous experience in this area is not necessary as full training is provided, however a basic understanding of the role is beneficial.

Role/Responsibilities

* Prepare and prime a range of surfaces, sanding and filling

* Apply base, colour and top coats seamlessly

* Apply Lacquer

* Curing between stages to ensure a high quality finish and customer satisfaction

Experience/Attributes

* High attention to detail

* Willingness to learn new skills

* Ability to work as a team and individually, following instructions from the paint shop manager to maintain processes

* No previous experience within this role is required however could be beneficial
