• Growth opportunities We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting both residential and commercial surveys, analysing data, and preparing detailed reports. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to interpret and analyse survey data. The Surveyor should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The Person

• Ideally 5 years post qualifications experience is preferred

• Strong residential knowledge

• Ability to proactively manage your caseload

• Ability to use initiative and to take a motivated stance

• Significant attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to provide a high level of client care and build strong client relationships • Excellent presentation and report writing skills

• Skills involving I.T. literate
