Product Development Technologist

As this leading food manufacturer continues its successful journey of growth and innovation, it has an opening for an Innovation Technologist to join their successful and growing team.

With remit to Innovate, Develop,Trial and Launch as well as develop and refine food product formulations, ensuring products meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.  You will also conduct market research, collaborating with the wider team to bring innovative and on-trend food ranges to market.

About You
Essentially, you must have some experience of working in NPD in the food or beverages industry, with advanced knowledge of food science principles and technologies, as well as experience in product formulation and food safety/quality assurance.  

A strong problem solver, with effective project management skills and experience, ideally you will have the ability to conduct and interpret market research, but essentially you must be a great collaborator and excellent communicator. A passion for all things food would also be advantageous too.
