Role Overview:
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will create a positive classroom environment, develop innovative teaching strategies, and encourage a love for science in your students. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to providing an enriching educational experience while promoting curiosity and scientific inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the curriculum.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners are supported.

*

Foster a safe and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

*

Assess and track student progress through regular assignments, tests, and observations.

*

Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop and implement innovative teaching practices.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and student welfare.

*

Support students in extracurricular activities and STEM-focused initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in science education and integrate new technologies into the curriculum.

Key Requirements:

*

Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (Teaching qualification is essential).

*

Proven experience teaching science at [grade level(s)].

*

Strong knowledge of science content and pedagogy.

*

Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse learning needs.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

A passion for fostering curiosity and creativity in students.

*

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Desirable:

A Master’s degree in Education or Science.

*
