Thorn Baker is currently working with an award winning regional commercial contractor covering a variety of new build and refurbishment projects across the Oxfordshire region. With a growing portfolio and 2025 looking like their busiest year yet they are looking for a Project Manager to support them on a variety of projects across Health care, Education and Commercial projects to name a few.

Your Responsibilities:

Sequence and organize the program of works, ensuring optimal work flow and resource allocation.
Collaborate with various managers to ensure alignment and effective execution of project tasks.
Develop and manage detailed project plans for planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members to facilitate coordination and collaboration.
Required Skills:

SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar project management position
Excellent Organisational skills
Strong knowledge of project management software and tools
Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor
