We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with expertise in concrete frame to join Guildmore Construction Unit and assist in the successful delivery of our projects.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing health & safety, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers.
*
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
*
Monitor project progress, report updates, and address any site issues promptly.
*
Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
*
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and enforce safety measures.
*
Manage site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, specifically with concrete frame structures.
*
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and building codes.
*
Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.
*
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
*
Experience working on medium to large-scale residential or commercial projects.
*
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
