Your new role

* Working in a student accommodation/university based in Reading.

Job Duties

* Carry out reactive and proactive maintenance and use a portable electronic device to record/log job details.

* Keeping the sites clean and well maintained by monitoring plant rooms, common areas.

* Basic grounds maintenance.

* Carry out/assist with statutory testing including fire alarm testing, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and fire detector checks, water temperature monitoring, shower head cleaning and emergency lighting checks, service riser checks.

What we are looking for

* Previously worked within a maintenance environment.

* Previous experience working in a customer facing environment.

Pay rate & Job details

* 19p/h Umbrella PAYE or CIS whilst temporary

* If made permanent £28,000.

* Monday - Friday 37.5hrs a week
