We’re excited to partner with a leading construction company to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for a pivotal role.

If you're skilled at overseeing high-value projects and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

In this role, you’ll manage projects ranging from £5m to £10m across the residential, commercial, and retail sectors, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Based between Central London and Essex, you’ll lead and coordinate project teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and identify and mitigate project risks.

To excel, you’ll need proven experience in a similar role, a strong track record managing £5m-£10m projects, expertise in residential, commercial, and retail construction, and exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, along with an up-to-date CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification, is essential.
