Lead Production Engineer required to join our specialist client within the Engineering and Manufacturing industry based near to Leeds.

Production Engineer Job Overview

Ensure that production processes are efficient and meet high standards
Supervise and support production staff, including training employees and evaluating performance
Organise workflow by assigning tasks and preparing schedules
Maintain accurate records while overseeing Smartsheet documentation.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment ensuring compliance with Health and safety
Compile and submit reports on production performance and progress
Manage logistic KPIs with stated guidelines.

Production Engineer Job Requirements

Engineering Production background.
Strong Organisational leadership and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in similar role
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS office, Smartsheet

Production Engineer Salary & Benefits

£28 - 30k salary DOE
Full time position - Monday to Friday
25 days holiday package plus bank holidays
