Job Description

Interpret and apply aerospace soldering specifications and conduct internal audits.
Lead PFMEA and problem-solving initiatives to drive quality improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Work cross-functionally to maintain and enhance quality processes in electronics components.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Electronics experience/understanding (any industry background).
Knowledge of ESD controls and auditing.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with PFMEA.
Ability to interpret aerospace requirements and apply them in a quality engineering environment.
