MMP Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Asset Investment Manager to lead a team in delivering an annual residential asset investment programme worth £25million in Northamptonshire.

The position is to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis at £56,250 per annum. This role will include estate regeneration, component replacement, major works, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to ensure the successful delivery of asset investment projects, putting customers first at all times.
Oversee contract management, performance, and budget control.
Work closely with the Asset Strategy Team to align investment activities with wider organisational goals.
Lead on organisational change, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure effective project management.Requirements:

Strong knowledge of building construction and property maintenance.
HND in building, construction or qualified by experience.
Proven experience managing asset investment programmes and multi-site services.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage budgets and drive performance improvements.
Full clean UK driving licence
