Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a leading e-commerce organisation to recruit an E-Commerce DevOps Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and optimise software deployment for high-traffic B2C websites and shopping apps, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.

Key Tech Stack:

* ·CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, GitLab, Selenium, PowerShell, Bash

* ·Monitoring & Observability: New Relic, Elastic Stack (ELK), PRTG, ScienceLogic

* ·Performance Optimisation: Lighthouse, caching (Squid Cache, F5 Load Balancer)

* ·Security & Compliance: OWASP, UK-GDPR, PCI-DSS

* ·Infrastructure & Networking: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), disaster recovery planning

Key Responsibilities:

* ·Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

* ·Monitor and optimise website performance, ensuring uptime and scalability.

* ·Implement security best practices and compliance policies.

* ·Enhance system observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting.

* ·Collaborate with engineering teams to drive DevOps best practices
