O'Neill & Brennan are seeking a Gateman to join a residential project in Highbridge.

Your new role
As a Gateman, you will be responsible for managing the entrance and exit of the construction site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Your duties will include:
• Controlling access to the site by checking identification and permits.
• Monitoring and recording the arrival and departure of vehicles and personnel.
• Ensuring that all visitors and workers adhere to site safety protocols.
• Reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches to the site manager.
• Maintaining a log of daily activities and incidents.
• Assisting with general site duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
• CSCS Card and Traffic Marshal ticket.
