Labourer (Supporting Multi Trader - House Refurbs, Extensions & Loft Conversions)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Labourer to assist our skilled Multi Traders on a Large residential refurb project, including extensions and loft conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach who is eager to learn various trades and grow within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Multi Traders with various tasks including plastering, carpentry, tiling, painting, and plumbing.

* Load and unload materials and tools, ensuring the worksite is safe and organised

* Help with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and building materials

* Perform basic manual tasks, such as mixing mortar, carrying materials, and setting up equipment.

* Maintain cleanliness of the worksite, ensuring debris and waste are cleared promptly.

* Support tradespeople with measuring, cutting, and preparation of materials.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

* Assist with any additional tasks required to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a labourer in construction (preferred)

* Willingness to learn and develop skills in multiple trades

* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

* Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual labor and heavy lifting

* Knowledge of health and safety standards on a construction site
