Responsibilities

· Identify and building relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure a constant supply of goods.

· Monitor Market trends and supplier performance.

· Ensure compliance with all import regulations.

· Manage stock levels for site.

· Track expenditure, stock levels, and ensure all activities remain profitable.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into the dynamics of a function by identifying areas for improvement and creating strong strategies and processes to ensure the supply chain function continually operates efficiently and effectively.

Profile

* Knowledge of procurement in fresh produce is desired

* Demonstrable knowledge of financial analysis

* Raw material scheduling and stock control
