We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Vehicle Paint Technician to join the team at our site in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

About The Role
As an experienced Senior Paint Technician with Steer, you will be working with a variety of customer vehicles, including electrical and hybrid vehicles. You will have the following responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
* Mix paint to match vehicle colour and apply it using spray guns and other equipment.
* Running our spray booth.
* Ensure paint jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
* Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that all health and safety procedures and and guidelines are being followed.
About You
We are looking for a fully NVQ / ATA qualified candidate with the following:
* Significant experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician from an accident repair background.
* Experience of working with a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
* Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials.
* Ability to use paint mixing equipment and spray guns effectively.
* Understanding of the accident repair industry.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ideally hold a Senior ATA paint accreditation, and we will support in renewing this.
