Our client is a leading global organiser of B2B events, specialising in high-quality, invitation-only experiences for senior executives. With 50 years in the business, they are looking for a passionate Head of Production to oversee their Customer Experience (CX) events portfolio, generating over £6 million annually.

The Role:
As Head of Production, you’ll lead a team of four producers to develop and execute top-tier CX events. You’ll drive strategic growth, optimise resources, and ensure flawless event delivery. Your leadership will inspire teams across the business, helping shape the future of their CX portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing production team.
Oversee strategic direction, identifying trends and innovations in CX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
Manage P&L responsibility to drive financial growth.Essential Skills:

3+ years’ experience in conference production.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Curiosity and willingness to learn.Package:

£70,000 basic salary
